Hi, I’m Jes.

I’ve claimed Franklin, TN; Inverness, Scotland; Chicago, IL; Athens, Greece; and Húemoz, Switzerland as home. Now, I’m starting anew back in my hometown of Franklin, realizing one should never say never to going home.

I’ve been a professional writer for 11 years. I've headlined HuffPo, ended the career of a crooked government official in Nashville, covered celebrities and high-profile CEOs, interviewed dirty politicians and lovely philanthropists, researched little-known human traffickers, covered concerts and reviewed books. I’ve worked with Middle Eastern refugees and spent time in self-study in the Swiss Alps.

I’ve lived a dozen lives, all of them full of aspiration and ambition to make the world a better place. Now, I’m just learning to be the best version of myself and write along the way.
